Description:

This is a stunning English Art Deco coffee table, made from bird’s eye maple, of circular design, incorporating a glass top, circa 1930, in excellent original condition.  This occasional table retains the original thick glass circular top, within a prong shape slab leg design.  The slab legs are united by two lower circular shelves, for added strength and function.  The Art Deco coffee table is raised on its original bracket feet.  The wooden shelves boast lovely birds eye maple mirror matched quarter veneers.  The Art Deco coffee table displays solid craftsmanship.  This Art Deco coffee table boasts classic art deco styling in the overall design of the curved corners, clean lines to top and the choice of materials.

This is a stunning English Art Deco coffee table, made from bird’s eye maple, of circular design, incorporating a glass top, circa 1930, in excellent original condition.

The Art Deco coffee table has been cleaned and traditionally French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination is of any excellent standard.  No stains or cup marks or stains to the top. Nominal old used marks to the leading edges of the feet tips, but nothing significant considering the age of the item.  The prong supports the glass top.  The Art Deco coffee table is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
