The cupboard comprises a moulded protruding cornice decorated with diamond shaped dentil work above two cupboard sections, fitted with oak fielded panelled doors which retain their original brass “H” hinges. The upper section features tall curved, twin fielded panelled doors. The upper right-hand door retains the original working lock, with working key, while the left-hand door retains the original steel loop which secures the door shut by connecting the steel hook latch (located under the shelf). The doors open to reveal a three-tier bank of shelves with shaped fronts, above three small internal drawers. The small drawers are hand dovetailed and oak lined. The lower right-hand door retains the original working lock, with working key, while the left-hand door retains the original steel loop which secures the door shut by connecting the steel hook latch (located under the shelf). The cupboard stands on its original bracket feet, while the two rearward sides retain their original pine back boards.
