Description:

This is a very good quality antique English Georgian console table, constructed from solid mahogany, from the Regency period, circa 1825, in excellent condition.  Constructed from top-quality solid mahogany, it benefits from a stunning single-plank reeded moulded top, with an elegant curved reeded frieze, raised on elegant tapering turned reeded legs and terminates on its original brass castors.  The table measures 4ft wide.

The Georgian console table boasts a stunning deep rich red-brown mahogany colour, having been cleaned and professionally French polished by hand in our workshop.  It has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning they have received.

The Georgian console table would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room as a side table, to the hallway as a console table, or as writing table in a study. Condition Report:

This is a very good quality antique English Georgian console table, constructed from solid mahogany, from the Regency period, circa 1825, in excellent condition.  The Georgian console table has been cleaned and professionally French polished by hand in our workshop. Therefore, it boasts a fantastic colour and patination. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of them.  There are no splits to the tops (as the tops are impressively constructed from a single pieces of timber) and no breaks to the legs.  The Georgian mahogany console table has been adapted from a dining table.  The Georgian console table stands on its original legs and brass castors, which are all solid in joint.  It is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
