Description:
This is a stunning English Art Deco mirrored coffee table, made from macassar ebony, of circular design, incorporating a mirrored-glass inset top, circa 1930, in excellent condition.  This occasional table incorporates an inset beveled glass mirror, flanked by striking macassar ebony banding above a deep frieze.   The glass inset top can be removed for transportation of the table or for easier access into the house.  The Art Deco mirrored coffee table stands on a circular column, secured by a tapered pedestal, decorated with ebonised style ring and chrome banding below.  This Art Deco mirrored coffee boast a striking grain configuration and colour.

This is a stunning English Art Deco mirrored coffee table, made from macassar ebony, of circular design, incorporating a mirrored-glass inset top, circa 1930, in excellent condition.
The Art Deco mirrored coffee table has been cleaned and traditionally French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination is of any excellent standard.  The mirrored glass insert is in good condition, with nominal old use marks, but nothing significant, given its age.  Nominal old used marks to the leading edges of the feet tips, but nothing significant considering the age of the item.  The column stem is sturdy. The Art Deco mirrored coffee table is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
