Description:
Here is a fine quality pair of Regency style flame mahogany round drum tables, circa 1970, in excellent condition, measuring 2ft 5½” in diameter. The drum tables are decorated with mirror matched flame mahogany sectional veneers to the top, finished with mahogany cross-banding. Below, there is a plain frieze with two working and two faux drawers. Each dovetailed drawer features the original brass round regency handles. The tables sit on a turned central column and are supported by four swept mahogany reeded legs. Each leg retains the original brass lion paw feet and brass working castors. These tables would look great as a pair of lamp or tables.

Condition Report:
This pair of tables are in excellent condition. They have been professionally French polished, therebefore the tops resonate a stunning colour, with no water marks or stains etc. All banding and veneers are present and in excellent condition. The drawers close flush to the frame. No breaks to the legs or other damage. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges of the rosewood frame, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. This item is solid in joint and ready to use.
