Description:

This is a good quality English Art Deco style brass coffee table, constructed with a brass plated frame and inset beveled glass panel, circa 1970, in excellent original condition.  The top consists of a thick piece of beveled and polished edge glass secured within the table frame, resting on four pads.  The glass is removable for safe transit.  The glass coffee table is constructed with four square tubular brass legs, with finials atop, moulded collars further below.  The frame is united by a wishbone shaped stretcher and the legs terminate on a splayed pad feet.  The brass plate boasts a mellow satin finish.  The brass coffee table, is solid in joint and ready to use

Ideal as a coffee table in either a traditional or contemporary setting; it boasts a touch of Hollywood Regency style.  This brass coffee table would certainly grace any home and is a great investment as it is extremely functional.  So don’t miss out on your chance to own a lovely piece of furniture.

Condition Report:

This is a good quality English Art Deco style brass coffee table, constructed with a brass plated frame and inset beveled glass panel, circa 1970, in excellent original condition.  The steel and brass plated frame has been sympathetically cleaned in our workshop.  There is a lovely mellow aged satin finish to the frame.  Nominal old use marks to the leading edges of the brass frames but nothing significant considering the age of the item.  There are no chips to the polished edges of the glass tops. Nominal light surface scratches to the glass top, which is difficult to see in the images due to it being clear glass.  The coffee table is solid in joint and are ready to use.
