Here is a good quality vintage English Schreiber Aeroplane teak and glass top rectangular coffee table, of Danish design, circa 1970, displaying a lovely mellow colour, in excellent original condition. Designed in the Danish style, this timeless piece incorporates a central glass insert, to depict an aeroplane’s window. The table retains its original rubber moulding to the edge, which is in excellent condition. The table is raised on elegant angular tapering legs, united by twin stretchers for additional strength, which supports a useful pot-board shelf below, ideal for storing magazines.
This item features a lovely mellow teak colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.
This coffee table would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room to the hallway. The table would certainly grace any home or office and is a great investment, as it is extremely functional. So, don’t miss out on your chance to own a lovely piece of furniture.
This glass top coffee table is in excellent original condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and glass, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There are no breaks or damage to the frame, glass, column supports or feet. As the table boasts the original polish, it has a lovely mellow colour. This table is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
