This is an superb quality antique rosewood and satinwood inlaid Edwardian dressing / window/ piano stool, circa 1901 – 1910. The stool features curved multiple arms. The stool is profusely inlaid with satinwood floral and string inlay on the front and back (mirrored each side) and down the sides of each leg. The stool legs are connected by two cross stretchers. The seat and braiding has recently been re-upholstered in silk damask and pale yellow fabric interspersed with wine and pink bows – this fabric matches most colour schemes.
