This is a pretty pair of antique Georgian style serpentine bedside chests, circa 1950. The styling represents the Georgian period. The bedside chests are constructed of mahogany and features serpentine fronts, mouled tops and plinths, dovetailed and cock-beaded drawer fronts and pretty metal Georgian style handles. The chests feature a nice flame mahogany patination cross-banded mahogany top. There are three drawers to each bedside. The chests terminate in bracket feet.
This item is a great investment but also very practical and would look superb in a variety of rooms from the bedroom, dining room, hallway, the living room or office. This item base would certainly grace any home. So don’t miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of furniture.

Condition Report:
Nominal old use marks and minor scratches to the leading edges and drawer fronts but nothing significant considering the age of the item (see detailed photos). One mark to the side of one bedside (see photos). There are no marks to the top of the bedsides. The drawers are smooth running and close flush to the frame. The drawer linings are constructed of mahogany and the drawer bottoms of plywood. The drawer fronts are mahogany veneered on plywood. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use. Overall, they are in good condition.
