This is an attractive and superb quality antique William IV mahogany console side table, circa 1830 – 1840. The table features a stunning rich mahogany colour formed from a single piece of mahogany with a moulded edge. Below, sits three working drawers, which feature scribe mouldings and the original ebony turned knobs to the drawer fronts. The drawers also feature mahogany drawer linings, which have been hand dovetailed. The table sits on four stunning tapering fluted legs which terminate on the original brass studded collars and brass castors. This table is a truly classic design from the William IV period. All in all, this is a very pretty and superb quality table.
