Condition Report:
Nominal old use marks but nothing significant considering the age of the item. A small section of the back of the bookcase has been cut to fit around a plug a long time ago – this however is not noticeable from the front and it would not be seen when the bookcase is against a wall. It is also the original back and it would be a shame to replace the original back. There are no splits to the sides or front of the bookcase. The item boasts its original polish. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use.
