This is a fantastic quality antique mahogany satinwood inlaid Edwardian Piano Stool, circa 1901 – 1910. There is satinwood string inlay to the arms, front and down the legs. The stool features two very pretty inlaid down swept arms with a central inlaid splat to the back. The seat is hinged to reveal a storage area under the seat. The piano stool features tapered legs which terminate in spade feet. The seat and braiding has recently been re-upholstered.

Condition Report:
In fantastic condition commensurate with age. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use. There has been an old minor repair to the back central splat which is hardly noticeable and does not detract from the condition or sturdiness of this stool. The hinges and locking hinge are in excellent condition. There are no marks or damage to the upholstery – the upholstery has recently been re-upholstered. Solid in joint and ready to use.
