This is a handsome small oak George III chest of drawers with cross banding detailed on the top of the chest. This chest boasts string inlay and inset cross banding on the front of each drawer in a geometric design. The drawers are constructed of hand dovetailed oak material. The chest features brass swan neck handles. The top drawer boasts a working key. The chest features dust boards between each drawer which is a sign of good quality chest. Overall, this item has a fantastic rich oak patination and would grace any home. Circa 1760.
