This is an attractive and good quality antique George III red walnut silver table, circa 1760 – 1790. The silver table features a red walnut top above a red walnut frame and tapering legs. The front of the table is reeded, likewise is the front of the central pine lined drawer. The drawer features the original swan neck brass handle. The table sits on the four original tapering legs. This type of table is normally used a side table for displaying silver ornaments in the living room, dining room or hall way but it could also be used as a dressing, writing or console table.

Condition Report:
The table is in very good condition and is commensurate with the age of the item. There are some old use marks on the top of the table and a shake to the timer on the right hand side. The central drawer features the its original swan neck brass handle and is free running and close flush to the frame. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use.
