This is a beautiful and superb quality Regency mahogany “D” End Tea Table, circa 1790 – 1810. It is constructed of the best quality Georgian timber, displaying a beautiful rich red mahogany patina. The table features a reeded edge which is always a sign of good quality and four elegant reeded splayed legs. An ebony diamond inlay pattern adorns the table freeze. The back two reeded legs are centrall hinges when opened. The table retains its original legs and original brass hinges.
The piece will make a fine hallway, study or sofa table and converts to a lovely four seat table making it wonderful for games, tea or intimate dining.
